Multi-Terrain Run
Portishead Rotary Club are pleased to show continued support this year to Portishead Running Club, who announce the running of the sixth Multi - Terrain Run and Family Fun Run event, to be held at the Portishead Lake Grounds.
Sunday 28th September 2008
The 10k and 5k Multi-Terrain Runs are open to all (15 years and over), and start at 10.30am.
The course is designed to be within the capabilities of any normal fit runner or jogger. Both courses use sections of tarmac road, woodland and coastal paths in and around the Portishead Lake Grounds.
Time limit 90 minutes!
Remember the aim is to participate, to enjoy and to finish the course. If necessary walk hard bits, others will !!!
The Family Fun Run starts at 10.15am
and will be a course around the cricket ground avoiding all roads and hazards, making it ideal for children, Mums and Dads!
